The steps. There needs to be a rail on both sides of the steps. People like myself with mobility need 2 rails. Maybe replace steps and make the bottom step closer to the ground. They were difficult for me. Also I would encourage front desk staff to get familiar with booking. com refund terms before telling guests they can’t cancel for a refund when it clearly states refund before 6 pm on check in day. I’ve used this option before and I know it’s legit but front desk person was adamant saying this was not correct. That’s a little frustrating to hear as a customer.

The clerk that greeted us was super nice and helpful. The location was good. The shower had good water pressure. The AC worked great.
The rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. My uncle had some guys playing ball outside his window after midnight. He asked them to please stop so he could get some sleep. They told him to go back in and go to sleep. And he couldn’t call on the room phone to speak to the manager because the phone was just a prop - no plugs - just a phone sitting on the table.
