Location was GREAT! Literally all the coffee shops and restaurants we planned to visit were 5-10 mins away!
I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but I think that's being fixed. Only other thing was some dirt on the bed and an outlet that didn't work.

The hotel staff were very friendly & cordial! We were in constant communication via email about our arrival time and a special request that we had. They even provided my husband with a ceramic cup to use in the microwave to heat up hot water for his tea!!
The room is larger than most hotel rooms, which made it feel roomy! The size of the room, the shower and the special nook for beverages (ice bucket, cups, and coffee maker) was a nice little addition to the room. A small suggestion please, would be to add an extra cozy chair (besides the one at the desk), to sit, read and enjoy ones coffee or tea and to read in.
The hotel is also situated a nice distance from the bustle of downtown which made it a perfect opportunity to walk and enjoy the area. We will most definitely be back!
Not much really. An extra cushy chair to read in would have been lovely. Also, we noticed that the 'fan' first blew out cold air before putting out heat.

Pool and hot tub were not working. Drain in tub did not work great.
