Centrally located to Time Square and the subway. Short walk to everything Time square related. Huge room with 2 bathrooms more than enough space for 5 adults for 5 days. Staff was great. Room was serviced everyday with complimentary bottled water, coffee, towels, and cleaned. Felt safe, clean, and comfortable.
2 elevators were out of service leading to wait periods but nothing too bad.

Good location. Free water in the rooms daily. Excellent housekeeping
The bar/restaurant really not good. Mostly the food was really average and the bartender/waiter was pretty rude. The food looks really good in pics, but it is just not there. Some of the actual worst fries I’ve even had. When he brought food out and made us all take it off the tray. Also first night we went down to get boba and he ignored us so long we just left. Otherwise everything else fine to good
