It’s Cheap but scary at night

Random man yelling for someone knocking on peoples doors and windows at 11pm for about 2 hours… the door extra lock on top of door was broken so nothing from keeping it from being opened The room key stopped working after one day (stayed 2 nights) no padding under hard wood flooring so makes everything loud. Extremely bad traffic when leaving the parking lot to get on street. Both nights heard multiple people get pulled over and helicopters flying

It was dirty. I specifically stayed here because of the reviews. The sheets were not clean. There were hairs on my pillow and a big stain that looked like my pillows hadn't been cleaned. There was tagging in the bathroom and paint spotted all over the walls. We stayed in room 116

The room was disappointing.

Location

The room reeked of smoke. The room was not very clean, and there were cigarette burns throughout the room. There was a hair on the counter and several in the bed. When I mentioned to the front desk, they told me they'd clean it tomorrow. You could hear loud music every night until about 3:00 AM. When it didn't rain, people congregated in the parking lot. When it did rain homeless people took shelter directly in front of my door.

The location was convenient for our purpose (moving a family member to their new place). Just needed some place to lay our head at night. It was sufficient for that...nothing special.

Okay but the internet issue and their attitude regarding a it was dissapointing

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. The facility was quiet and seemingly built well enough that I could not hear sounds from the other guests. Location was convenient for my needs.

During my entire four night stay the internet did not work, management didn't seem to take this very seriously stating that they knew there was a problem and it was being worked on. I find it hard to believe that it would be out for this long if a real effort was made to resolve it.

When I checked in and was going to go to the room they came out and switched my room from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower. Which was very much appreciated because I have a bad hip.

The property was great the only thing was that the mini fridge kept me up all night it was rattling. Beside that everything was great.
