The room was good quality and maintained to a very good standards although expected. Provided all amenities for my trip. The gym and facilities offered also good quality. I hadn't used a hotel bicycle previously, this was a good service however they need some WD40 and regualr maintenance as its a small touch to make a difference. This hotel has an excellent location.
Thr bubble pool was not working in the pool area. Toaster in the dining room was low quality and caused queues and the pancake maker could be better. Very good coffee and 24 hour availability.

Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was fine for a chain like the Holiday Inn. We especially liked the sausage egg breakfast sandwich.
Part of the hotel was under renovation.

Quiet location.
Flooding prone area. There should be a notice when you book that says it is a flood prone area, the river easily overflows, flooding the parking lot and in some cases the rooms.
