    Unexpected and last-minute travel to Greenwich. First-rate staff - beyond premium customer service. Location is unmatched, beautiful breakfast setting and the hotel guests were fascinating individuals. If you have the time, grab the paper and hang in the lobby lounge. Oh the people you’ll meet!

    From start to finish, a wonderful time. Love the Prosecco on check-in. Hotel has a lovely library and off-lobby seating area that are great for relaxing outside of room. It was too hot to take advantage of the outdoor seating. Staff could not be more accommodating. Special shout-outs to Branden at front desk, Diego and Ben as bell men/drivers, and David and Miriam at restaurant. Offering complimentary rides in 6-mile radius a huge plus. Definitely recommend!
