    Stayed for 6 nights-they only cleaned up the room 3 out of 6; not only that but the stuff never replenish the water and when I asked reception for water replenishment; the answer was that "it's hotel's policy not to replenish the water, guests are free to replenish their water from the water dispenser somewhere at the facilities...." When I asked to pay for it and add it to my room's tab, the answer was "we also cannot assist on that, there is a convenience store downstairs feel free to purchase water or other soft drinks there"... Next day I order food delivery, they didn't let the delivery guy come up to the room and when I asked the reception to at least get the food order and send it up to my room with one of the hotel staff the answer was " there is nobody else (available) at the reception right now (at 8pm btw) so you need to come down and get the food yourself!". Really horrendous service, this is a DoubleTree Hilton Hotel at the end of the day where a room costs *** /night; to offer this kind of service.... Disappointed does not cut it; I am definitely not going to visit again this hotel and I will think twice before booking another DoubleTree Hotel ever again...
