The entrance to the front door is a steep grade....very difficult for a disabled person trying to navigate a walker either in or out. I had called the property direct prior to making my reservation because my mother is only able to sleep in a recliner. I was assured the rooms all had recliners. When we arrived I was told there was no recliner for the room I had booked. After basically being told I hadn't spoken directly with the property (which I had by calling local #) and I was lying, I was offered to move to a handicapped room that had a recliner for an additional fee. With a non-refundable room, and my 83 year old mother l, had no choice. The recliner was a SWIVEL recliner....definitely not disability friendly. I feared for my mother's safety each time she had to stand up. The room had no clock, no USB ports and definitely had not had the rugs vacuumed well prior to our stay. We go back to the area in a few weeks....definitely will not cross the threshold again.

WORST MORNING STAFF LADY ONCE I CALL 2 GET HER NAME NOT ONLY WILL I WRITE A MORE DESCRIPTED REVIEW INVOLVING HER SO PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF HER & HER BEHAVIOR BUT THE HIGHER UPS WILL HEAR ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND ABOUT THIS LADY!!
