    We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Good location and nice view. The room is a bit small.

    This hotel was great. Next to a convenience store, above a restaurant, and across the street from the beautiful beach. We only had one night here unfortunately while passing through but would've been great to stay longer. :-)

    Zero star – Completely Unacceptable Service I regret to say that my experience at Aston Circle Waikīkī was marred by poor service and unprofessional handling of billing issues. I paid for an upgrade to an oceanview room in cash upon arrival, along with a holding fee charged to my card. However, no receipt was provided for the upgrade at check-in. When I checked out, I was charged for the upgrade again, and the holding fee was not refunded. Attempts to resolve this issue with the staff were met with complete disregard. I was shut down without any explanation or transparency, and my concerns were ignored. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right is completely unacceptable. Despite the nice views, friendly staff, and decent rooms, this incident reflects a hotel that does not prioritize customer service or integrity. I now understand why this place has so many low reviews—many other guests have clearly experienced the same issues. **P.S.** John, the person who handled my upgrade, was wearing an eyepatch (sometimes without) and had a limp. He’s the one who took my payment for the upgrade without providing any receipt. Be cautious if you interact with him.
