Breakfast was good

great bedding, clean overall, quiet, excellent location to main rd. to visit wineries.

I think you charging for parking is bad !! Already expensive to stay here!, motel 6 with a lipstick , for the room rate at least continental Bfast should be included.

Cleaness

One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that they charged me parking fee. If I had known there was a parking fee, I would not stay with you. There are many other hotel with free parking. When I book this hotel on Agola app, there is no mention about parking fee. I feft it was a rip off

Expected that they were much more hospitable as Napa is known by the enoturism! The sheets were not with fresh and clean aspect, it was not ironed! The acoustic were not good, very noisy due to the cars on the road! Besides next rooms and hallways noise!

The whole team seemed to be not quite happy to be there, they showed no solicitude, specially at the restaurant! Really disappointed!!! Specially because they debt on my credit card more than it was showing at the reservation for the 1st night and for the 2nd night they said that even though their front desk tariff was higher, they would be less iff they would registered me to Triple A membership!!! But they debit even more! I sent them a msg asking for reimbursement, hoping they willl honor their information and Booking reservations! This was the first time I opt to pay at the hotel, but I dis not like at all! At least the INDICO HOTEL, so far, did not honor the amount by the reservation!
