Overall, the establishment provided an exceptional experience, encompassing impeccable design, immaculate cleanliness, unparalleled comfort, and an array of amenities. However, I must express my disappointment regarding the balcony’s view, which unfortunately overlooks an RV lot. This aspect has resulted in a deduction of one star from my overall rating.

Room was ready much earlier than expected. Special request entered when I booked online was taken care of without me asking. Received coupon to order small plate, however was very limited time frame due to kitchen staffing. Breakfast was very good for a small kitchen and was made to order. All staff were friendly and professional. Housekeeping staff member saw us approaching elevators and stepped in to call it for us. Room was very clean and up to date. I would stay here again without any hesitation!
