I was very disappointed. I had heard so many good things. the best part about the whole stay was the beds are super comfortable and the staff are off the charts amazing. They were bright and friendly. I checked in super late at night. the night guy his name is Mitchell, he greeted me with a smile that was friendly and genuine. He was very accommodating helpful polite respectful funny he made me feel very welcome. The woman who called me to check me out to see if I was staying for another night or if I was checking out the next morning. her name is Sharon. Absolutely amazing, kind funny sweet an absolutely respectfully polite. The room was very clean at least I thought. until I tried to turn the AC unit on the cover fell off it was beyond dirty it was disgusting. If it hadn't been so late and the fact that I was exhausted I would have called the front desk and asked for a different room that's how gross it was. The bathroom was decent really small for double Queen. The website advertised that this place has a pool Not only was the pool closed the next day but it was not operational at all and that was kind of one of the things that Drew me to the hotel to begin with was the indoor pool. So that was disappointing. Overall I don't think that I would recommend this to my friends as a getaway things are a little too sloppy. I have photos but the website failed to allow me to upload them.

When I checked in, I was placed in a room that clearly had not been attended to in a very long time. Vinyl tile in the kitchenette area were missing and broken, and the bathroom was awful. It’d been so long that the toilet had been used or cleaned that there was a film on the water and there were gnats everywhere. It was extremely unsanitary. Upon leaving the room, I discovered that the door was inoperable and would not lock either, so was accessible by anyone. After the front desk finally understood the issue with the door, I was shifted a few rooms down and I didn’t bother going into the state of the room as I was late. In summary, unclean, felt unsafe, wouldn’t come back.
