Location
Breakfast items ran out. Lobby had dirt and trash in corners and around stairs. The maintenance team takes a bunch of short cuts and the work is sub par. The TV did not work. I could not get local news and weather to prepare for my day in bad weather.

Breakfast was great.
My room was not very clean when I checked in. The desk was sticky and I had to wipe it down. The remote was so sticky that the buttons would get stuck down when I tried to press them. There were stains on both comforters and someone’s belongings (clothing hangers) were left in the bathroom which made me feel like the room was not cleaned thoroughly at all. There was little to no hot water every time I tried to shower. All of these things led me to check out a day early and go to a different hotel.
