About this apartment rental
Ideally located, only a 3 minute walk into the centre of Alvor with its numerous quality bars, restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk to the glorious sandy beach. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment is located in a small complex (7 apartments) in a quiet area at the edge of the village, car not necessary for people who want to spend their holidays in and around the village then beach and the harbour.
Complex is foreseen with parking facilities in front of the building and pool with private sunbeds, supermarket is just around the corner.
The apartment consists of living room with front balcony across the full width of the apartment, 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and balcony, other bedroom with bathroom next door in the hall and access to front balcony, fully fitted kitchen also with balcony.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The lounge/diner has 2 leather sofas , TV with a selection of all European channels, , fully air conditioned and access to Wi-Fi.
Apartment managed by housekeeper to make sure that you are met with the keys and that you have everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable and hassle free.
The apartment is fully licensed by the local Portuguese authorities and meets EU health and safety standards.
Airport Transfers can be arranged.

We had an excellent stay. Could not find anything wrong at all. The location was perfect, the facilities in the apartment were all excellent just like being at home. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Alvor.

Very well appointed being more of a home than a holiday let. Check in was fortuitous as we met the lady coming out the door and she seemed oblivious to the fact that she had to meet and greet as there is no key safe. However, she was standing in for the normal key holder so that hopefully was a one off. There is no allocated parking but the road is quiet. Villa info folder would help if it contained more information, where to take refuse etc. Very convenient to the town and supermarket around the corner. Beds comfy. We would stay again.

Great spacious clean apartment in excellent location- short walking distance into Alvor town & beach. Quiet residential area. Lovely pool area. Supermarket very close by.

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and close to a great grocery store.
Alice helped our taxi driver find his way to the apartment and quickly checked us in.
The apartment is very modern and gave us lots of space to stretch out. We enjoyed the decks and opening the doors for the breeze.
The pool was great as well.
