About this apartment rental
Situated in the beautiful fishing village of Alvor, the apartment is perfectly situated just 5-minutes walk from the village centre and 10-minutes from the beautiful sandy beach stretching for miles, but also situated in a lovely complex in a quiet location.
A large well equipped two bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms to each room. The master consists of a comfy King sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has twins. A large sofa bed provides ample space to sleep six, with air conditioning in the main living room.
The apartment is a Duplex on the first and second floor, with both living room and both bedrooms overlooking the lovely pool, village and distant views of the sea.
There is also free wifi, flat screen TV and sound bar with UK and Sky channels. There is also a selection of books and games if quiet night in is on the agenda.
There are a total of four balconies, two on the first floor with can be accessed from the lounge-diner and kitchen, plus two more which can be accessed from both bedrooms plus a laundry area situated on the second floor. There is also an additional cloakroom with toilet and basin on the lower floor.
The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table to seat six in addition to space outside for alfresco dining, so including the dining area, plenty of options where to eat. Alternatively if you wish to go out, there are lots of local restaurants close to the apartment providing excellent local food.

Stayed here for ten nights. Very friendly owners with the apartment well stocked with the basic necessities upon arrival including a bottle of wine (a very nice touch). Apartment is spotlessly clean. Situated only a five minute walk from the centre of Alvor with the Pingo Doce supermarket just around the corner. The complex is very quiet so if looking for a peaceful holiday then this place is definitely for you.

The location of the complex is ideal. 5-10 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a 40 minute walk to the far end of the beach.The complex has a lovely shared pool and the surrounding area is spacious. There were more than enough sun beds while we were there (June) and we noticed some more stacked in a storage area so possibly they would bring out even more in the busy periods.During our visit the majority of the guests were like us (on the mature side!!!) but I imagine it works well for families too.The apartment is very well-kept and has a lot of living space (full disclosure - there were only two of us, so of course it was great for us :-) ).Sandra is a really great host and very attentive. We had no issues and have been to Alvor many times so we didn't need much help, but I think she would offer a lot of support for newbies.All-in-all a fabulous two weeks!!!

Outstanding accommodation, exceptionally clean in a perfect location. Only 10 minutes walk to the town and harbour where there are some extremely good restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone
