Close proximity to the beach. Ideal spot for those who want option to prepare meals...fully stocked kitchen. Privacy in spite of housing many.

Limited capacity for cars, only 2 cars for condo and no extra option area for other car

Location was nice. Condo was between both pools and short walk to the beach. We loved that they had umbrella on the deck w lounge chairs so we didn't have to set up on the sand or rent a canopy
People before us seem to have used the chairs and stored them away wet and full of sand so when we grabbed them to head for the beach sand came out and left a nice trail from master bedroom to living room. We ended up washing them and not using them. They also left a broken vase with pieces of glass on breakfast bar. The ventahood was caked with grease and dirt - yes, I cleaned that too before cooking dinner for my family. I felt I spent more time cleaning while on vacation than I did relaxing. Having two towels per person would be nice for a 3 night stay so we don'thave to request them. I found myself washing towels every night to make sure we had clean ones for use the next day. Can't control how people treat the rental, but I was a little disappointed in the cleaning that was done before we checked in...lots of misses.
