Location
Our AC unit was very loud. Even at night when it was turned off we could hear something whirring away - possibly the roof unit as we were on the top floor, or from the neighbouring room

The room was nice and staff was friendly
I didn't like that I was not informed when I booked that there was a charge for parking, or that breakfast was available but for a few. I would of also like to know that the hot tub was not working being that that was the main reason I booked this hotel. Also I could not take a hot shower as the water in my room would only get Luke warm at best
