Great location, within easy reach of Union Station and a short Metro ride away from major attractions. The little indoor pool was a nice addition. Good showers, and responsive staff when we were checked into a room with no AC: we were moved quickly. Fridge and microwave in the rooms, and onsite laundry.
It’s an older property that’s beginning to look a bit down at heel. The pool was tiny and got crowded and noisy at certain times. AC was really, REALLY loud.

ROOM SIZE AND STANDARD: Room was very specious, smelled lovely and the finishes were to a high standard. There was a comfortable armchair, large bathroom and plenty of storage space. There was plenty of room for all of us (4 people) to move around comfortably. You could relax after a long day of sightseeing.
LOCATION: close to the train station, shops and restaurants.
BREAKFAST: It was ok but we decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel after trying it once. (Bread rolls were very hard, no salads were available at all).
SMELL
OF MARIHUANA in elevators and outside of the entrance to the hotel.

It was a nice hotel very clean , check in process was quick . Love the indoor pool . Love the convenience to everything stores and restaurants. They had valet parking.
The valet parking process during check in was a little chaotic . The shower curtain in the bathroom appear to have mold on it along with shower tiles in the bathroom.

Location was good. A lot of food places nearby. Harris Teeter at the end of the block.
Price was decent on booking.com. If I paid full price I would be very disappointed. The hotel smelled weird. Overnight parking is $55 per night. Comfort wasn’t the greatest. Sunken in spring beds and scratchy covers. Their pillows or covers made me break out.
