Customer service wasn’t clear at front desk

I enjoyed the amenities and how everything's available to guest. I appreciated how nice the hotel staff were to guest.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Amenities and ease of access to best coffee, cappuccinos and milk, as well as free laundry machines. Big space and roomy suites. Courtesy of the staff at any time. Everything was above expectations.

I love that the property is right across from the park so I just walked across the parking lot very convenient

What I didn’t like about the property was the host at the check-in desk named Tina older lady so we had an issue with my check-in and she kept constantly repeating my card was declined very embarrassing. It was a lobby full of people she went and got the he said, go ahead and check her in. He will figure it out and she said you want me to check her in. She’s declined very rude. Very disheartening. Never been embarrassed like that before in front of people I would not wish that on anyone I was trying to show her that the room was paid for, but she, as I said repeatedly kept telling me I was declined so I won’t be back
