    We were confused on how the clean your room worked we did put out tag to not clean . But after a couple days we wanted it. Cleared so we too it down and they never cleaned the room . I did go down and get an extra garbage bag. So it seemed like the tags didn’t mean anything.

    Very nice in personable customer service and accommodating. I lost my phone and they even looked up the directions to where I needed to go to get a new phone I printed it off for me so I could take it it was very nice of me they didn't need to do that so I figured that was over the top

    We've stayed here several times prior and have had an adequate experience. However, this time they're in the midst of a major renovation, so we had to run a gauntlet to get to our room, which appeared to be mid-renovation. No trash can, and we had to contact the front desk (the phone was non-functional) to attempt to get the TV working, to no avail. We had to switch rooms to get a working TV, and the new room had uncompleted renovation items as well. Now we know why the room rate was a bargain.
