I hear they are getting ready to remodel, but here is the status as of July 2026: Unvacuumed, stained carpet, broken furniture, hardly any selection on the breakfast bar, out of order pool, smoke odor in bedroom. Everywhere there is fresh paint needed and sketchy customers. The staff seemed depressed. Sorry to be so hard, but it's the truth.

This place had changed name to Urban Inn & Suites. We did not receive any notification from Agoda or hotel, which is very disappointing.

First of all the hotel name is changed so it’s not as listed on Agoda correctly
. Secondly, this hotel is so rundown and looks like something from the 80s. Carpets are severely stained property is dilapidated and noise level from the side streets is annoying. The only thing worthwhile was the air-conditioning. I know Boise is an expensive location, but find something else.
