Stayed in level 2. 3rd floor on top was super loud. Asked to change rooms. Did not get this until the third night.

My road trip

Location and hospitality staff was just awesome and caring.

Only one small bar of soap, no extra tissue in the room , toilet seat was low to the floor. More for a young child. The people above me I could hear every footsteps,every door from other guest you were awake from the sound of closing doors and most of all, the TV wifi couldn't see the local channels plus other channels, finally the ac unit was so noisy, enough to wake you when it came on.

Definitely worth the money

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very large, great breakfast, and the staff was friendly.

It was very noisy since our room faced the freeway. A little more insulation would have made our stay 100% better. The air conditioning was also loud.

I enjoyed the breakfast and enjoyed the location because there was a lot of places within walking distance.

The people next to me were extremely loud, but hotel staff made sure they turned down their music during my stay.

Would love to stay at this Hampton Inn again!

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything was clean, room was well equipped. The bathroom was spacious with lots of counter space which we loved. Room has a microwave and a desk which are super useful. Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was good (especially the mini waffles!) Hampton Inn frankly exceeded our expectations!

The greats outward the disappointments

Liked everything except the floating shelf masquerading as a shared nightstand between two beds. I removed the phone and clock, so we had a little room for bedtime stuff. Lighting was limited. Bathroom, beds, pillows, etc. awesome. Towels were small and rough, like high-school shower towels.

nice room accommodations, close proximity to attractions, good breakfast, good coffee available 24/7

Contacted front desk on 2 separate occasions and informed someone would be at our room to assist but no one showed up (maintenance for tv issue and towels never delivered)
