The staff went above and beyond for us. Two young ladies at the front desk. Helped us with our issues with kindness and expertise. Honestly if it weren't for them, there would be a poor review. The rest of the staff we encountered all had a smile and greeted us. Your staff is the shining star of the entire property.
The room we booked had no A/C, this was during a heat wave. it was 78 degrees with everything set the coolest. The ladies at the front desk got us squared away with another room except we didnt have two queen beds and my teenager was not thrilled with a pull out. I paid extra for the two queen room. The hot tub is not usuable either.

The location and cleanliness were top notch. I also enjoyed that they had a room with 3 beds!!! That is hard to come by
There were no breakfast options while we stayed because the attached restaurant was closed.
*The pool was also closed.
* The beds were a little to hard for my liking
*Our room had an A/C unit in the back room but no vents in the front room so it was muggy in there at times

The pool area was clean and family friendly. The front desk was responsive to our lack of internet the first night of our stay. Unfortunately that didn't last on the 2nd day. Easy on/off highway was nice
No internet on 6th floor entire stay. No breakfast on Friday morning even tho said daily when I booked. No discount. No daily housekeeping and not told to request it by 9am. No coffee avail at breakfast. Waited 20 min for refil on gravy. Ran out of hot water when showering July 9 10:05am.
