I was there for surgery at Nuvia so I didn’t get to use the property much. The outdoor pool looked nice.
The ice machine on first floor needs maintenance.

I like how the staff was able to help situate a bed bug issue. They also tried to refund me 2 out of my 5 day stay.
I didn’t like how booking.com did not want to fund me the two days on their end.

A/C in room did not work properly. too old, tried to turn it off several times, but it would turn itself on after 5 minutes!
