The staff was extremely helpful after a horrible experience in Ramona with Ramona Valley Inn, I would recommend staying here in Poway and hope the person at the reception gets paid to continue working for this hotel as she was amazing.

Location
Upon arrival we learned of a $21/day parking fee!! This was not disclosed to us during booking.
Breakfasts were "okay".
Room was just across from elevators so very noisy, especially with kids running up and down the halls playing ball! Room next door was noisy first two nights. We won't go back to that hotel again, infact, maybe from now on stock to Air bnb's!
