Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Rancho Bernardo

Staff, welcome cookie and water. They were on top of my bedding request. Lots of (paid) parking.

Air conditioner was very noisy. There was no wine glass in the room, but they let me borrow one from the bar.

Fantastic breakfast although you had to pay for it, but it was still good and worth it Very comfortable bed

I loved the amenities, like the pool, the gym. I wish the gym had more equipments to work out different parts of the body as I am a person who enjoys working out even on vacation or on a work trip. But mainly the customer service was great.

There wasn’t that much that I did not like about the property.

Check in and out was quick. Room was spacious.

Evne thought the A/C panel and FAN said "OFF" it kept coming on throughout the day and night. Also, the hotel is in a somewhat secluded non-busy area so $15 parking cost was unnecessary. See no need for an added $150 for Monday night stay. Total for 2 nights was Strange Sharpie black and red markings on the bathroom tissue roll. Housekeeping exchanged no problem but it was visible walking in so should have been tossed and replaced. Like the tissue sat in something red and black or was counted off. Overall not worth it for $677 for 2 nights; there are cheaper options with free parking and breakfast included.
