Hampton Inn & Suites Chesapeake-Square Mall

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect because you were only a few minutes away from Walmart and other shopping places. There were also a lot of food courts around. It was only a couple of minutes away from where my Mom lived.

My family and I were very disappointed that the pool wasn't opened.

Carpet too old the door almost broke down so hard to close ,the door locked cover fall off

The property was fine. The only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was low and the pool was closed for renovation eliminating a morning swim. The front desk and food staff were very welcoming and accommodating

Location was great. I made this trip to visit my grandson and we were only 10 minutes from where he lived.

The first room was not properly maintained. Floor was poorly vacuumed, a hole in the lamp shade and the bathroom had hair and mold in the shower. We were moved to another unit, it was better still a little mold in shower. No one ever came to replace our towels or pick up the trash. We had to pick up our own towels from the front desk. I told a young lady that was on the floor we needed a light bulb, she asked the room number but we never received it.
