I requested a hotel room in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake Va. the person I spoke to assured me that it was there. It was actually 40 minutes out of our way and when I called Booking.com I could not get anyone to answer my call. I am also handicapped and requested a handicap room but the only thing I got was a walk in shower. No railing to hold onto. The commode was so short with no rails and whenever I used the commode I had to wake up my husband to help me get up. The girl that ran the front desk had been dropped off from another planet they had a menu on the counter and she just looked at us and shrugged when we asked where it was. If I ever make another reservation I will try my hardest to actually speak to someone at the motel that knows where they are located. I did not even get a shower this morning for fear I would fall. Again I am very unhappy.
What would have been better is if I could have stayed in the location I wanted and if I could have had an actual handicap room

the breakfast was okay. The room size was fine, but the shower needed more cleaning; there was a buildup of dirt in the corners.
I didn't like how the staff communicated with visitors and the cleanliness of the shower.
