It was on the water which was nice.
It’s dated and the carpet in the room was questionable.

The cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. Also, the location was very nice. the view was amazing, waking up to the sunrise every morning was great. If you are looking for a nice local place to eat at Darrow's is my recommendation.
The cleaning could have been a little better, small cobwebs in the corners of the room, but it's not easy to maintain in an area such as this. Also, the whole area is very touristy. Not easy to find local places to shop and eat.

Location. Beach front is good. Pool options for other hotel locations.
Run down. Not well maintained. Pool/spa not working. Bathroom fan was very loud like chainsaw.

The place was not well maintained, not well kept. The place showed significant deterioration.
