Staff was great very friendly. Assisted with where to eat and how to navigate around the town
The property was great with new renovation
However it was more expensive booking with booking.com than if I booked at a he facility.

Booking.com let us over book ourselves here… With that being said, the property manager contacted us and accommodated us a room at one of their other motels, Sunrise Beach Motel… He got us a better rate and we were closer to the beach so that was great! The staff was very kind and the property manager made sure we were taken care of. Very nice guy. The room was clean and ready early for us. Overall we had an excellent time here and rate was not bad given the area.
While it was chilly when we stayed, it was still late June and the pool could have been in better shape. We cleaned it ourselves when we got arrived due to leaves and bugs floating, the hot tub was a cold tub, but the manager also made us aware that they offer a waver to a much better kept water facility at a close location. 7/10 for the whole pool ordeal.

Nice location. Updates in the room were nice.
The toilet didn’t work. There was a plunger so they knew there was an issue and provided a plunger.
