We had a horrible experience. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. When we go there the rooms were NOT like you see in the sites. We moved on and didn’t let it bother us until one of our rooms had a toilet leak and it was all over the floor. We complained and it was until the following day that maintenance came. They couldn’t fix the issue right away and told us to place a bucket under the dripping and keep emptying it when it fills. I was upset and complained so they moved one of our rooms. Moving along we ended up having a bathroom door that wouldn’t close. We still tried to be ok. Waking up the morning of our last day my boyfriend found a bed bug in the bed. Immediately freaked he jumped up and began searching the bed. We killed it but were completely upset. My boyfriend had SEVERAL bites in his body. We complained and asked for a refund. The facility was not sure they could do a return because I paid in advance and not at the property. Never again!!!!!!

Lowest price we could find in this area, quiet, small room, helpful staff. We did not use the pool. Watch out for the goose droppings, they were everywhere in the grass and on the beach.
