Property location is good except that nothing is good. Cleanliness average and internet on the property not working. And they have one reception for 4 properties that makes difficult to connect with them.

There are bed bugs. The receptionist does not want to change our room. She said I want to inspect the room personally even though I took a picture of the bugs and showed to her. I have to wait until somebody comes to relieve her. Outdated room . The carpet dirty.

No internet in my room and when I asked them to fix it they said well why don't you stand outside... So I went outside and actually got a signal. I'm in a downstairs room and I can't figure out why they couldn't put a booster on. They don't have a laundry but have an agreement with some other hotels. Obviously for the price they don't do breakfast. It's about as low as you can go on the ladder but it was clean.
