I expected a hot breakfast and it was toast and bagels. The coffee was horrible like it had been made the day before and kept for the next day

The first room we were put in had not been cleaned, the toilet had been used and never flushed and the towels left in the room were still wet.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

The room smelled, and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. People in other rooms were smoking pot, and it smelled up the halls, and when I called the front desk, no one would answer the phone.

New carpet and better cleaning people. The front desk needs polite people to greet people; they are rude.

I liked it was across from my school

It was dirty when I got my first room, with toenails everywhere. I got another room and that room had. Holes in the wall, the toilet was broken so u had to take the top off and flush it. The tv wasn't working. The WiFi wasn't good at all. I asked for towels because they only had ONE. They said no because I wasn’t there for 4 days. After the second room, I should have known better with that I signed up for. What else? You can’t calll the front desk because they never even answered. The lady told me I had to buy a $25 bracelet if my kid that is 2 years old would want to eat the free breakfast. But once I talked to someone else they said no it’s only for the pool. Weird!

The facility was not clean enough and well-stocked enough to receive guests.

The hotel was close to the highway and great restaurants. The concierge tried to accommodate us by allowing us to switch rooms when my daughter was locked in the bathroom due to a malfunctioning door. The heat in the second room worked well.

Food and dirty linen were left outside of adjacent rooms, the elevator floor was sticky, and a spill in the lobby was left unattended. There was not enough clean linen for the number of guests; we had to request toilet paper, and a malfunction with the bathroom door caused it to be difficult to exit the bathroom. We were able to change rooms, but the second room was without a refrigerator.

It would’ve been nice if it wasn’t run down and gross

They gave me a room that was disgusting it had not been cleaned. There was blood and water bottle covered in blood underneath the mattress. It looks like they had a bug, but I could not be sure the place and the management are trash I booked two days prepaid, and they only offered a refund for one of the nights I was there for a total of 30 minutes, and 20 of those minutes was spent waiting for someone to check in. I am shocked that they are under this chain name.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean , didn’t have a microwave in the room and the tub didn’t have the stopper to take a bath, the complimentary breakfast wasn’t much to brag about, I grab a piece of fruit from there which was a orange that was old and dried up when I peeled it.

The Breakfast

The baseboard all around the room was coming off the wall literally all the way around the room behind the bed and all. I told the front desk and the attendant said they knew about it and he’d take note of it and nothing was done. We asked for tissue and the night attendant couldn’t find tissue for us. Just seemed very disorganized.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had

Easy to navigate, great location of property

Bed were very very uncomfortable, sounded like the box springs were broken. Toilet was loose to the floor, when checking out which yes I get was very early at 530 in the morning but waited at front desk for 15 mins and still nobody and ended up leaving a note on desk saying to check out with my rooms keys on note. When we loaded the car my wife decided to call and try to check out via phone, worked answered by saying just hello completely woken up from their sleep and once we said what room we were in they proceeded to hang up the phone

This property was ridiculously overpriced. We paid $448 for a $70 room. Hallway and room smelt of weed. They have an airport shuttle bus sitting out front that they don’t use.

We checked in, saw the room, could get ahold of the front desk, so we checked out.

That they had a room available on such short notice. After seeing the place, I understand why they had openings.

Staff was unfriendly, the place was dirty and could use tons of fixes and our room was disgusting. The bed had 3 legs, there was a spider on a web in the corner of the room, the shower was filled with mold and discoloration, and there was a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector.

Nasty! Beds not made dirty laundry on the chair, trash on the counters and floor. Mold everywhere. The staff was rude and unwilling to help in any way. Also charge more than the price quoted on my reservation.

Beds were old enough to have dips in them. Not sure the last time the place was vacuumed or dusted. Bathrooms were awful- the counter is separating from the wall. Only one working elevator. Prices were outrageous. I’d never stay there again. Smells and you can see the filth.

Property was right off the exit and only 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland.

The rooms were overall clean but outdated in general. The tub faucet had yellow stains below it. There was also a hole in the wall next to one of our beds. Every floor had ice machines but ice was only available on the first floor. Check in time was 4pm and front desk staff were charging $100 CASH ONLY for early check in. Very suspicious. We went to the front desk around midnight to ask for an extra pillow and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and no additional rooms items were available.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location!

This is a great hotel in a prime location just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. I was in town for an event and was pleasantly surprised at how close it is to the city. My room was clean and quiet and I had no issues whatsoever. There were many restaurants in walking distance and even a great one attached to the hotel! There is also a gym and an indoor pool which was nice. They also offer a free breakfast which was great as I did not really have to leave the hotel at all other than to attend the event. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Everything first room had bedbugs they tried to change my pillow instead of offering a new room. Had to go to front desk several times to complain they finally gave us a new room which was more comfortable and clean. Staff was rude . Facility hallways were dark and dirty and smelly. I didn't like it! But, I didn't know of the surrounding hotels until we drove around the next day.

The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

The mold in the bathroom, the cracked paint in the bathroom, and around the air-conditioner. The dead bugs were stuck on the ceiling. I didn't like the room not having a microwave even though the photos showed having one in the room. I didn't like the toilet paper just sitting on top of the toilet because the holder was missing!

There were pieces of drywall missing, paint peeling, a ceiling in the hallway that was falling down, hair on the bed and a shower that looked like an old gym locker room. It was really bad. The pictures were deceiving. Do not stay here.

Not pleased with hotel

It was right off the highway. It did seem to have a nice Mexican restaurant attached, didn't eat there because we wanted something different.

The room was not accurate. The site said we would have a sleeper sofa, and there was not one. There was only one towel for three people to take a shower. The elevator needed to have maintenance done on it. We were told they would bring extra blankets, and I had to call twice for them. The first room smelled very bad we had to move rooms. We also were told they would give us a credit, and we didn't receive it. Poor service, miss leading and the breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced.
