when I reserve 4 months early and prepaid I expect to be accommodated when needing a room at end of a hall, not next to ice machine and elevator ........ just hold such room for me.

L'emplacement était interessant, le parking gratuit est appréciable, grande chambre.
je n'ai pas aimé le fait que les chambres ne sont pas nettoyé chaque jour, c'est même la 1ere fois que je vois cela !
j'ai été oblige de redemandé des serviettes de toilette.
Personne au bar à 18 heures, on m'a dit d'attendre, que la personne allait arrive, j'ai attendu 20 minutes sans voir personne, je suis partie..
les lits étaient mous .. pas confortable et le drap housse trop petit, j'ai été obligé de le remettre 3 fois dans le nuit.
le petit déjeuner coutait cher pour le peu qu'il y avait.
