The Check in process was quick and easy. The overall experience was good. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a, nice place to stay!

The building needs some care. Paint, touch up and carpet cleaning.

Good location , comfortable beds

Shower drained really , really slow. By the time you’re done you’re standing in 2 feet of water. Toilet seat broken. And the exit door squeaked so loudly you could wake up the whole floor, noticed a lot of peoples doors did the same

Breakfast was great

We had 2 rooms. 406 was fine, the other one (402?) Had a do not disturb sign on the door, there was a pair of mens underwear on the floor in the corner, greasy fingerprints on the inside of the door and on the bathroom wall. Don't think the sheets had been changed. The girl on the front desk did a fantastic job helping us. She changed the bed, cleaned the fingerprints and got rid of the underwear. She was fantastic.

The location was good. The king bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

My grandson was to sleep on the sofa bed. When we pulled it out it was late as we were out to eat. The mattress was disgusting with stains that looked like blood. We had to search for the sheets. There were no pillows or blankets in the room for the bed. It was late so we didn't call down but used a blanket that my grandson had with him. When I complained in the morning the woman at the desk said they never leave pillows and blankets in the room. Really? We have stayed in other hotels where these were stored in the closet. We were going to stay here on our way back from Florida but cancelled our reservation. If the policy is to not have things for the bed available in the room they should have given them to us at check in.
