Loved this property. It’s the only place I stay when I come to Tupelo. The safe is nice and the place is clean! Smells good & that’s important (and I have a strong noise). Shout out to Mrs. Carissa, I believe her name was. She was a house keeping lady who customer service and greeting was memorable.

Every area was very clean! Even the parking lot was clean and nicely landscaped!

Nothing! Everything was clean and perfect!

The overall rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast options—there was something for everyone.

We had three rooms during our stay. In one of the queen bedrooms, one of the beds had a strong urine odor that we didn’t notice until the baby was already asleep in the pack‑n‑play. Because of the smell, we were unable to sleep in that bed. Since the baby was asleep, we chose to stay in the room and alert the hotel in the morning. At 5:45 a.m., the smoke alarms went off and woke everyone. There was no communication from staff unless guests went downstairs to ask. Someone should have been on each floor explaining that it was a false alarm. When checking out, we mentioned the foul‑smelling mattress, but there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. That lack of response was disappointing.
