We stayed with our family for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the hotel has great potential for a longer stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, there was a full-time coffee bar and cookies available in the lobby at all times. Parking was free, although the lot was a bit challenging to navigate. Conveniently, the hotel is located right next to two family-friendly restaurants: Applebee's and Olive Garden.

The first staff member we encountered during check-in was very pleasant. We had three children in our room, which had two queen beds, so we asked if a rollaway bed was available. He looked for one but unfortunately, none were available. He was very professional and nice throughout our interaction. We also requested extra pillows, and he told us to let him know when we returned from our event, and he would bring them to our room. When we returned late, around 11 PM, I called the front desk to request extra pillows. The lady who answered sounded annoyed and insisted that I needed to come to the front desk to collect them. Although we were already in our pajamas, I went down anyway. When I arrived, she rudely asked, “How many people are in your room, anyway?” I was taken aback by her tone, especially since we had listed everyone staying in our room when we booked, and a previous staff member had been very pleasant. Her attitude was unexpected, and she treated my request for pillows as if it were a significant inconvenience to her. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance the next day, which was disappointing. We had specifically checked that the hotel had a pool and that it was open before selecting our room. Overall, our visit was brief, so it was fine despite these issues.

the hotel was full , Monday morning They ran out of breakfast food ( eggs / sausages etc around 8:40 am . We did notify the reception and the person responsible for breakfast . But The lady responsible for breakfast was quite rude ,she waited till 8:50 to address the guests she said “ we stop making new food at 8:45 . We made enough already!! Not sure enough based on what ? They had so many guests that day . It was fully booked . So many guest were trying to get something to eat At exactly 9 am She was even went to remove all left items such as bread muffins from buffet and locked the yogurt fridge . Was actually rude to some guests in front of me.

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, breakfast was great, the lobby was good, the room was quiet and easy to get to. The room was large and had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was very clean.

The room just wasn't as clean as I had hoped. The curtains were ripped, there were stains on the pull out couch and I found some hair in the blankets that were for the pull out. The blanket for the pull out couch had a smell to it.
