Very nice hotel, I stay there often

Room comfortable and nice bathroom. Breakfast had many good choices and was well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful when our hairdryer didn't work.

The bed was way too high for me to comfortably get in and out of. The grab bar in the shower should have been on the short wall to get in and out of tub/shower with the assistance, not the back wall where you have to awkwardly lean over tub to grab ahold of it and step into tub. The shower head didn't have very much pressure and though it looked like you could change the setting of the spray, it did not. There wasn't a light in the back corner of the room and it was very dark in the area at night. Perhaps a lamp or the window could have been across the whole area or at least more of the outside wall to provide daylight. Refrigerator was not level in cabinet and it was difficult to open the door on the refrigerator.

The overall layout of the building, I was located near the parking lot and there was non stop noise outdoors from nearby traffic and indoors with noisy guests. The carpet in the room was old and so musty I ended up getting air fresheners. The tub and sink had cracked ceramic and didn't drain properly. The shower had weak pressure. The chlorine used to clean the linen reeked. The bed was old and uncomfortable when sleeping with the box spring squeaking. The cloth on the lounge was stained. Air vents are dusty and the air flow from the air conditioner was stale..
