Location was great! The room was very clean.

The air condition could have been colder. Room 321.

Breakfast was fine, although I'd have liked to have some sort of breakfast meat like bacon or sausage, which wasn't on the buffet (hot buffet was eggs and potatoes with garlic -- a little overwhelming for breakfast, but that might just be my taste at 7 a.m.)

I requested a room with a tub when I made my reservation. I repeated the request when I arrived at the site and the man at the desk wasn't sure if the room had a tub, so he asked a woman who was also working the desk if the room he was assigning us had a tub. She said it did. When we looked in the room it did not have a tub, causing me to leave my wife and all our baggage on the 3rd floor and return to the lobby to request a room change. A new person was behind the desk (apparently the shift changed moments after our 3 p.m. arrival) and the previous two workers were nowhere to be seen. I explained the tub situation and the new desk person assigned us a new room, this one on the 4th floor. When I returned to the 3rd floor and moved all our stuff up to the 4th floor room, again there was no tub. This time my wife, who has a disability and really appreciates a tub for soaking her legs, (we were in town for a consultation on knee replacement surgery for her) just told me not to bother trying to get another new room since the desk folks seemed not to know where rooms including tubs were. Anyway, everything else was OK, but the tub situation would have provided material for a comedian's satire and still seems like a bad joke.

Good location. Good value.

Still waiting for staff to send my invoice. Sliding bathroom door was very difficult to open or close.

The breakfast was good.

The pool was out of order for 2 days. The breakfast items were not as filled unless asked. There were things left in the room from previous people. The bathroom soaps were not filled.
