the breakfast was very good and opened nice and early- the breakfast staff (one woman) went above and beyond for customers (asking if they wanted a breakfast sandwich to go) The food-to-take was very extensive and you could charge it to your room yourself
normally I don't need cleaning service daily, but their sheets were strange- they all had pockets like a fitted sheet so it was super hard to make and we were spending all day at the big hospital nearby- it would have made our day to have the beds made for us each night, instead of every two. Furniture in the side room was uncomfortable and the ottoman was noisy every time it moved
