Breakfast was good but there needs to be an extra waffle maker because that one held up the line.

The staff was great. Rooms were very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with a full kitchen. Rooms were mostly clean. We really like the fact that it was like a little apartment. It was nice to have the extra room since we were there almost a week.
I always wipe down frequently touched areas when we stay places before we bring our stuff in. I could see a few places that needed it for sure, but mostly overall, it was pretty clean. The only thing that could have made the rooms better would be a balcony.

I loved the location because the hotel was close to several attractions, restaurants, and stores. I also liked that it was close to Pensacola Christian College which is where my son graduated from Abeka Home School. I was very please with the breakfast. There was a variety of choices, the food was fresh and hot, and it was organized to easily serve yourself.
I can not think of anything that could make the stay better. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accomadating. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was pet friendly. Both staff and guests made your pets feel welcome. There were pet waste stations for easy cleanup outside.

Bed was comfortable. Full fridge and small kitchenette area. The first staff member that we met she was friend.
Bathroom was not throughly cleaned. A layer of dust on top of the fridge. The checkout staff member he was not welcoming/friendly at all.
