The front desk representative, Donald was extremely pleasant with a smile on his face always. When we checked out, my Mom left her iPad. We were called to come back and get it. That was exceptional service from everyone who made it possible.

It was in a great location and was clean the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast area was clean and the food fresh.
The window leaked all night long and we called repeatedly and nothing was done and then they said they would fix it the next morning and it was not fixed the entire time that we were there. We had used all the towels to stop the water from dripping and they said come down and get new ones cause thereโs nobody to bring any up to you at 10 oโclock at night. The cabinet was hanging off of the hinges. It was broken when we arrived in the room, but it became an issue because it was the one the door that goes in front of the refrigerator so it hung off right in the middle of the room the whole time as well.
