The staff at front desk was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
The loud people who were staying there. Whoever was above me in the room was stomping on the floor in the middle of the night. And there was a few people up at night loud in the hallways.

How the room is set up
There was no smoking stickers in the room and I got charge $150 for smoking when There is no signs in the room that says no smoking

Great stay - room suites are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable enough, TV is huge with Netflix and Disney+ that you can login to, hot breakfast with variety from 6-10am. Earlier checkin and later checkout which is nice. Shower was actually really good, and the body wash and hand soap smelled amazing. Stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again in the future.
the walls and ceilings are thin, we unfortunately stayed below a disrespectful guest who stomped (literally stomped hard enough and consistently enough to shake the furniture on the walls) all night and early in the morning. Front desk was helpful and contacted them to be mindful, which helped with their stomping for awhile. Our last night those people were gone, and that day was a 5/5 stay.

The location was close to the airport and hospital but, the noise levels were fine. The property seemed to be well cleaned.
The bed in 433 is pathetic. Replace it!! The mattress had been halfway collapsed. I got to sleep on the crater side and my wife got the semi-normal side. No excuse for a bed being in that bad of shape at a fairly new property. Housekeeping should have noticed. Or better yet, someone in management doing QA/QC checks of the rooms should have.
