Beautiful hotel, breakfast staff were amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. Our suite was so nice and large.
Toilet paper is awful lol, like sandpaper. And my car received hail damage due to the storm/tornado warning. There is no covered parking.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
The only problem we had during our stay was the elevators on check out day. The hotel was extremely crowded but it took 20+ min to catch a ride going down every time. Which made checking out/leaving hectic.

Very beautiful and centrally located for our needs.
The shower was broken in our room and was reported. Maintenance came to fix it but did run us late for dinner. No compensation was offered. A few lights in the room did not work either but those were not reported since we were already running behind.
