Breakfast was great, there was a great variety of options.
At breakfast there was a guy just loading up his plate for later, he even waited for them to bring out more so he could load up on more so basically there wasn't much left for everyone else. When we got there that evening, the woman working said she had some broken ribs so she wasn't carrying the big fountains for fresh coffee, and water. There should've been someone else that could do that and make sure it was stocked regardless. We've stayed here quite a few times over the past few years, this is our go-to hotel, while I will absolutely continue staying there, our room this time was not up to standards. We walked in, and we're immediately hot in the face with the smell of dog pee. If someone who previously stayed in the room has pets, the carpet needs to be deep cleaned, the smell was awful. While we were only staying one night, and I did have some room spray we could spray, it still smelled. The pillows need to be replaced as well, the down pillows are no longer holding their shape, and even with two stacked, I still sank in. Someone also must've spilled coffee or something on the pillows, and bed because the entire bed smelled syrupy as if they spilled it and of course the pillows don't get washed. Who ever stayed in this room before us, absolutely made a mess.
