It is conveniently located close to the cruise port. The room has all the basics and is comfortable enough. The internet works well, and there are plenty of elevators, so getting around the hotel is easy.
Despite being on the top floor, the noise was intense throughout the night, both from the air conditioning and the street. The Bistro is pretty generic and doesn’t offer much beyond the basics.

I like everything. I like the customer service, the staff was courteous. Check-in was easy/seamless. I was also able to leave my luggage to go shopping until our room was ready. The room was clean and spacious.
When I heard of a sofa, I thought it could have been adjusted to a bed
