    Okay hotel, decent staff, restaurant was pretty good but only a few choices. Shuttle to and from airport was excellent.

    They advertise with their frequent airport shuttle (i.a in the initial voice message when you call them), and for trip to the airport it works well. But pickup from the airport: despite repeated promises on telephone and all other hotel shuttles passing by several times, no *** shuttle. Took taxi after oneandhalf hour waiting in vain. No understanding for my disappointment upon arrival; taking it personal and at first refusing to check me in. Then upon checking in trying to charge room that was already paid. No warm water at night. 20 mins walk to subway station not very pleasant at night. Go elsewhere.
