    I stayed in this residence twice and my second visit was a lot better largely due to the staff they had onsite at the end of May 2026. The front desk staff were much more accommodating and friendly. Cleanliness and facilities are good, and breakfast options were decent. It also has convenient transportation - a few minute walks and tranfers if you need to get to the city.

    The stay was turning out well, if not for one major issue. At first, it was all good - clean, large rooms; decent breakfast; pool and gym were there; convenient location; however, we had an issue with some miscommunication with the staff in this first stay regarding luggage storage - the staff all reiterated one thing, but the manager eventually said another - these staff were no longer there during our second visit, which was much more smooth.

    The room was amazing and spacious. The bed was comfortable, sofa bed was comfortable, only thing I would have changed was a tub in the bathroom instead of just a shower. It was right across from the FBI building so it was a clean area. Next to the Silver line station. Easy to get to.
