    I hesitated al lot before booking this hotel because of bad reviews I read online. We were however pleasantly surprized. The room were big, clean and modern. Excellent customer service - really friendly and helpful. The staff made us feel welcome and valued as guests. I would definitely book this hotel again. The location is perfect is you have to fly out from Dulles Airport. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast has a grab-and-go format. I would have liked a real (hot) breakfast, but as this was clearly communicated via de website and there was always enough for everybody, I had not no issues with is.

    I'm highly disappointed in this hotel.I was only in the room few hours before I was greeted by cockroaches.Ill never return to this hotel as long as I live.I wouldnt send my enemy to this place.It should be closed until you get rid the roaches.
