Fairfield Inn Dulles Airport Chantilly

The lady at the front desk was exceptional, I believe her name was Angelyene or something close to that. Breakfast hit the spot. The shuttle drivers were kind and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

Really can't think of anything I didn't like.

Property is newly renovated so everything is new! Rooms smell great, look great, beds are comfortable, everything is clean, staff is nice. I truly enjoyed my stay! Paul was also very helpful, he checked me in to the property!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with one exception listed below. I reserved a king bed but the room I was given was 2 queens. Beds were comfortable. That was ok, we made that work.

The TV would not turn off. The screen remained blue the entire time we were there. It was like a huge night light shining in our face all night. When we asked for some help fixing that problem, we were told to unplug it. We unplugged everything we had access to but it didn't change anything. The next day I asked for a maintenance person to come do something about the TV. We were told no maintenance people worked on the weekends. I finally asked for a blanket to cover the TV. That did help but did not make the room totally dark. The breakfast area looked nice, food was pretty good with the exception they did not have sugar free syrup. With the number of diabetic people now, that is a necessity! Also, Noone around the breakfast area spoke clear enough English which is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. They were nice though. Also, the shower water pressure was terrible.
