Close to Fisherman’s Wharf and shopping
Petty, but the pillows were hard, not enough water pressure.

We were woken up at 3 am by the loud sounds of sanitary trucks.
The male front end clerk was very unfriendly. He told us “we are not checking in guest because there is ongoing room inspection and to wait at the lobby. It was a dishonest answer! The lady Jasmine later offered to take our luggage so we can go out and find lunch.
